'The Love Series Collection - Part 1'

Find a colourful thread to hold on to...

Inspired by the essence of 1 Corinthians 13, The Love Series explores love as a natural element — textured, layered, and enduring. Originating from four mixed-media artworks — Love Always Protects, Love Always Perseveres, Love Always Trusts, and Love Always Hopes — the collection translates these qualities into organic forms, mineral-like patterns, and tactile expressions of grace. The pieces below are with 'single quote', there is also an amplified version of each, and both will be avaiable soon on the shop page.

Hope begins each day with gratitude. It trusts the unfolding, believes no experience is wasted, and wait patiently - allowing love to set the pace and grace to lead the way.

Perseverance holds its beauty in steady trust - a soul that keeps moving forward despite the storms. Rooted not in anger, but in faith for what is still to come, knowing promises are kept and love does not fail.

In this body of design, love takes shape as something both structured and fluid: crystalline layers meet soft washes, and protective marks intertwine with open, hopeful space. Each motif carries the quiet strength and resilience of divine love — a force that builds, binds, and breathes life.

Guard your heart, for all life flows from it. Love delights in truth, not harm, and offers shelter, covering, and care - a quiet strength that surrounds and protects what matters most.

Love grows deep where trust is nurtured. It is strengthened through loyalty, mutual care and connection - roots reaching further when trust is placed and love is shared freely.

Each piece reflects a facet of love as something elemental — like a mineral, love has weight and structure; it endures, it refines, it shines from within. It is not fleeting, but foundational — part of the natural order, as God intended it to be.

What began as small mixed-media works later evolved into larger A3 pieces for my first art commission — a full-circle moment that felt both deeply personal and divinely timed.

'The Love Series Collection - Part 2'

The Love Series - Part 2 is rooted in my personal love relationship with God - a lived, reciprocal exchange rather than a distant idea. Reflecting scripture and spirit led words, like song lyrics; familiar, layered, and open to interpretation, meeting each viewer differently.

Unfailing Love — A reflection on love that remains constant through light and darkness. Inspired by Psalms 36:5, with gentle botanicals and a glowing moon speak of a presence that never withdraws — steady, faithful, and quietly sustaining.

Neither Life Nor Death — Inspired by Romans 8, this piece reflects the truth that neither death nor life can separate us from love, echoed in the enduring beauty of plants even in decay. Drawn from dried and pressed botanicals, this piece honours joy and elegance that continue through change — love alive even in decay.

These four pieces are expressive, textured, and raw - shaped by movement, emotion, and faith. These four pieces carry both tenderness and intensity, echoing love that is felt, tested, and continually unfolding.
